He issued strict instructions to banks to take immediate corrective measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the data shared, <strong>Etawah&#8217;s CD ratio stands at just 49.75%<\/strong>, significantly lower than the <strong>state average of 59.64%<\/strong>. The DM warned that without urgent improvement, this could severely hamper the district\u2019s economic development. \u201cCurrently, Etawah ranks <strong>46th in the state<\/strong>, which is an alarming position,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Banks Urged to Focus on MSMEs and Rural Outreach<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The DM directed banks to <strong>increase lending under government schemes<\/strong>, especially in the <strong>MSME (Micro, Small &amp; Medium Enterprises)<\/strong> and <strong>cultural sectors<\/strong>. He emphasized boosting <strong>crop loans<\/strong> and expanding banking facilities in <strong>rural areas<\/strong>. \u201cBanks with a CD ratio below 60% must immediately formulate a strategic action plan to improve performance,\u201d the DM stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Special Attention to ODOP and Youth Schemes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While reviewing the <strong>Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Yojana<\/strong>, the DM expressed dissatisfaction with the Central Bank of India\u2019s Jaswantnagar branch over negligence. He made it clear that <strong>laxity in implementing flagship schemes would not be tolerated<\/strong>. He also directed banks to meet the <strong>79 sanctioned targets under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana<\/strong> within the stipulated timeline. Special focus was urged on the <strong>One District One Product (ODOP)<\/strong> scheme to promote local enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Clearance of Pending Cases and Branch-Level Reviews<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The DM instructed officials to organize <strong>bank-wise review meetings<\/strong>, identifying both well-performing and underperforming branches.
