Etawah, Uttar Pradesh: Rajpal Singh Yadav (73), uncle of Samajwadi Party’s National President and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, passed away early Thursday morning at 4 AM after a prolonged illness. He was undergoing treatment at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram. His last rites were performed at his ancestral village Saifai later in the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Akhilesh Yadav paid his respects to the mortal remains of Rajpal Singh Yadav and expressed deep sorrow over the loss. Offering a heartfelt tribute, he described his uncle as a guiding figure in the family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professor Ram Gopal Yadav, Samajwadi Party’s National Chief General Secretary and elder brother of Rajpal Singh, also expressed his profound grief. He took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to announce the news, stating:

Early Life and Education<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Rajpal Singh Yadav completed his early education at a school in his ancestral village Saifai. He pursued his intermediate studies at Jain Inter College in Karhal, Mainpuri district. He earned his Bachelor\u2019s degree from KK Degree College, Etawah, and completed his Master\u2019s degree from Lucknow University in 1976-77.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
