Etawah – In a shocking murder case from Etawah, Uttar Pradesh, a man shot and killed his sister and three-year-old niece over a property dispute. The accused, Harshvardhan, has been arrested by the police, and an investigation is currently underway.

The brutal crime took place in Karamganj locality of Friends Colony police station area. According to reports, Harshvardhan shot his sister Jyoti and her daughter Tashu, killing them on the spot. When Jyoti’s husband tried to intervene, he was also shot and sustained injuries.

Family Background and Ongoing Investigation

The deceased, Jyoti, was the daughter of retired Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Lavkush. She was living with her husband and daughter at her parental home in Etawah. The property dispute had been ongoing for some time, which ultimately led to this tragic incident.

Police Action

Law enforcement officials arrived at the scene immediately after the incident and took Harshvardhan into custody. The police have launched a detailed investigation to gather further evidence and determine the exact circumstances leading to the crime.

This shocking family dispute-turned-murder has left the local community in distress. Authorities have assured strict legal action against the accused.
